About this house rental
House of character. Recently renovated, it re-proposes the typical appearance of the Italian house, but with all the comforts of modern life.
It consists of two areas: the living area consisting of:
large and luminous living room with sofa, armchairs and large television,
dining area with a large table for 6-8 people and a small television,
large and well-equipped kitchen
1 complete bathroom
small garden equipped for a small breakfast.
The second area is accessed via comfortable stairs that are interrupted by a veranda-living room:
it consists of three bedrooms and two bathrooms.
The rooms are spacious and bright, two of them have a balcony where you can enjoy a beautiful lake view.
The house is well finished, with particular attention to furnishings
chosen, to respect the origin of the house but with a touch of glamor to increase, if still possible, the charm of this house.
This house is located in the square of the historic center of the village of Cissano, and to give the possibility to its guests to live in the middle of nature, is provided, at a distance of 100 meters, of (we can say) a park ( 1600 sqm) with swimming pool.
Describe the garden is difficult, but it is possible to tell about the comforts that guests will find: sofas for relaxation, tables for lunch, a lovely little house for the kitchen garden service ...... yes because they will find a kitchen to garden also equipped with barbeque and stove for outdoor cooking.
A small bathroom is present in the garden.
the swimming pool is the pride of the structure.
I do not want to describe it because I do not want to ruin the nice surprise that certainly will not fail.
In the less hot periods, the pool water is slightly heated at a temperature of around 20 degrees.
You can speak: English, French, Italian

We enjoyed our stay. House has charm. For small children not optimal as it has steps into rooms. The Garden is great and we spend most of the time there. I can recommend this place.Thanks Elena for your proactive efforts supporting us during the week.

Garten: Pflanzenpracht überwältigend, Pool, Sitzgruppe und Außenküche sehr ansprechend. weniger schön: haufenweise Müll im Gebüsch(Plastikstuhl, Plane usw.)
Haus; rustikales, dörfliches Haus mit italienischem Flair, sauber und gut ausgestattet, mit diversen Unzulänglichkeiten,z.B. einem undichten Dach, durch das bei einem Gewitter der Regen hereinschoss.
Kommunikation mit der Vermieterin: Trotz präziser Ansage unserer Ankunft war niemand vor Ort, Elena reagierte weder auf Whatsapp noch auf Anrufe.Nach einer Irrfahrt durch enge Gassen(Zufahrt zum Haus war wg. einer Baustelle nicht möglich, auch das hat uns die Dame nicht mitgeteilt) mussten wir Gepäck von 6 Pers. ca. 150 m bei 36° den Berg hinaufziehen und standen dann vor verschlossener Tür. Fast 2 Std. später kam eine lapidare entschuldigende Nachricht mit dem Hinweis, wo der Schlüssel versteckt sei. Keinerlei weitere Infos bzgl. W-lan-Code, Müllentsorgung u.ä. Zum Ende unseres Aufenthalts wurde uns erneut per Whatsapp aufgetragen, den Schlüssel wieder zu verstecken. Auf einen persönlichen Kontakt mit den Gästen, denen sie ihr Eigentum anvertraut, legt die Dame offensichtlich keinen Wert. So etwas ist uns noch in keinem Ferienobjekt vorgekommen. S.P., Juni 2022
