The "Rustico Moderno" is located in a privileged residential area of Ghiffa in a quiet location on the edge of the nature reserve SS. Trinita. The lake shore of Ghiffa with pizzeria, bar and pharmacy is located about 2 km away. If you want to go strolling, then the town of Intra with its idyllic old town can be reached by car in barely 10 minutes. From here you can also go by car and passenger ferry to many interesting activities. The two 2½- and 3-room apartments are modern and tastefully furnished with attention to detail. The combination of modern and rustic elements is more than successful. Underfloor heating, a free W-LAN internet access and a washing machine and dish washer round out the high-quality offer. Both apartments have several outdoor areas (terraces and balconies) with a beautiful view of the lake and the mountains. Each apartment has a covered parking space. Furthermore, there are free public parking lots opposite the house. Es sollten für die Einfahrt des Parkplatzes unbedingt was gemacht werden. Manchmal ist was einfaches viel besser, als nichts machen.

FüR 6 Personen ungeeignet,2 Personen auf dem SchlafSofa im Wohnzimmer wo jeder durch muss um auf die Toilette zu gehen ohne Abtrennung.
Parken unterm Carport mit 2 Autos unmöglich da man schräg Parken muss und sonst nicht raus kommt.
War auch von der oberen Wohnung belegt.
2 Autos fanden draußen auf dem ParkPlatz keinen Platz einer musste immer ewig nach einer Parkmöglichkeit auf der engen Strasse suchen.Wohnung wirkt auf Bildern größer als in echt.
