About this house rental
Our house is located in the green belt of Leipzig. The city center is approximately 15 km away. The city of Leipzig naturally invites you to cultural visits to the opera, the Gewandhaus, theater, cinema and the like. V. M. on. Of course, a sightseeing tour or a shopping spree through the city center is also worthwhile. You can get active yourself in the numerous forests and newly created lake landscapes around Leipzig. From us you can reach everything by bike, car or public transport (bus connection directly in front of the door). In the neighboring town there are several supermarkets, butchers, bakers, hairdressers and restaurants. In summer, the Kulkwitzer See (6 km) invites you to cool off. Our holiday home is designed for 4 people with 2 bedrooms, extra beds are possible on request. It has a large living room with TV, fireplace and open kitchen (sink, refrigerator, stove). The 2 bedrooms are each upstairs with large double beds. The bathroom with shower and toilet is also in the basement. We would like to point out that in the winter months the kitchen is heated with underfloor heating, the entrance area and the upper floor with a hot fan and the bathroom with ceiling heating. However, it may be necessary to additionally heat with the existing fireplace. Firewood is of course available free of charge for an unlimited period. Installers are also very welcome. You can also grill on the property. Parking spaces for cars and storage facilities for bicycles are also available on the property. We would be glad to welcome you.

Wir waren 2 Pärchen und haben unseren Sommerurlaub auf diesem tollen, sehr gepflegten Anwesen verbracht. Der Vermieter ist super nett und hilfsbereit. Die Unterkunft lässt keine Wünsche offen. Es ist ruhig und geschmackvoll eingerichtet. Auf der Terrasse kann man schön grillen.
Die Unterkunft ist direkt an B186 gelegen (von der kriegt man dort aber nichts mit). Über die B186 lassen sich innerhalb von 20-30 min alle seen in der Region erreichen (chillen, wassersport, ...)
Fazit: sehr empfehlenswert

Das Haus liegt in einem ruhigen Dorf, ideal gelegen zu den Sehenswürdigkeiten in Leipzig. Es ist modern eingerichtet und bietet wunderbar Platz für bis zu 4 Personen. Der Vermieter ist äußerst freundlich. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten und Badesee gibt es im nahen Markranstädt.

Durch die Anwesenheit von zwei freilaufenden, großen Hunden am Ankunftstag war unsere Enkelin (2 Jahre + 10 Monate) sehr verunsichert und hat es abgelehnt den zur Verfügung stehenden Spielplatz auf dem Grundstück zu nutzen.
Das Haus ist renovierungsbedürftig, Fenster schließen schlecht (Küche). Das Bad ist sehr klein und dunkel (Ausleuchtung).
