Vi blev hjerteligt modtaget af det meget sympatiske ældre ægtepar, som bor på grunden. De talte kun italiensk, men kommunkationen lykkedes alligevel. Huset er gammelt og meget flot istandsat med smukke detaljer. Meget velfungerende og skinnende rent. Poolen er fantastisk! Huset ligger højt, og vi nød udsigten over det toscanske landskab. Der er ca 3 km til Vinci, hvor der er forretninger, restauranter og ikke mindst Leonardo Museet, som vi varmt kan anbefale. Det eneste vi savnede var AC!

Das Haus hatte einen sehr schönen Standort mit tollen Ausblicken über die umgrenzende Landschaft und die anwohnenden Vermieter waren äußerst freundlich, auch wenn sie nur Italienisch sprachen. Durch unsere Reisezeit waren die Temperaturen zeitweise noch recht kalt und die gezielte Beheizung der Wohnräume war technisch sehr schwierig.

Mooi groot oud huis , met prachtig uitzicht op het Toscaan landschap. Netjes en grote kamers, zeer vriendelijke mensen. Let wel goed op het gasverbruik wat exreem duur is (8€per m3) bij ons was het frisjes en bij gebruik van de verwarming in een groot, oud en slecht geïsoleerd huis loopt de rekening al snel op naar honderden euro's in een paar dagen.(dus tip: laat u bij aankomst de gasmeter tonen zodat u uw vebruik in de gaten kunt houden) Goed gelegen en sfeervol.

Het huis is rustig gelegen nabij het plaatsje Vinci. De eigenaar woont naast de woning, maar die is vrijwel onzichtbaar. Ruime keuken, 4 grote slaapkamers en 1 grote badkamer (naast nog 2 kleinere).
