On the ground floor there is a beautiful, modern apartment with small garden, which is equipped for self-catering. It provides for 3 - a place to sleep 4 people and is also suitable for families and business people with a disability with children, dog owners, seniors, people. The bathroom is equipped with a sunken shower. The floor has tiles and underfloor heating. The inviting living area has TV / DVD and radio with CD are. Kitchen is open plan with living and dining area. Bicycle storage facilities are available. The apartment includes a car parking space. Towels and bed linen is included. Internet access is available for a small fee of 10 euros. Always there is a washing machine, iron, ironing board, vacuum cleaner, clothes dryer and brush. Gladly on request, a high chair and travel cot are provided. The bedroom is (* 2.00 m 1.80 m) equipped with a box spring.
