Above Fügen, in the district of Fügenberg, 2 km from the centre of Fügen, in a quiet, sunny position, 6 km from the lake, 3 km from the skiing area. Private: garden 200 m2. Terrace, garden furniture, barbecue (swing). In the house: central heating system. Motor access to the house. Parking at the house. Supermarket 2 km, restaurant 1 km, bus stop "Gagering Bahnhaltestelle" 2.8 km, railway station "Gagering Bahnhaltestelle" 2.8 km, outdoor swimming pool 3 km, indoor swimming pool 3 km, thermal baths "Erlebnistherme Fügen" 3 km, bathing lake "Schlitterer Badesee" 6 km. Prima vakantiehuis met een heel mooie landelijke ligging. Wij verbleven hier met 14 personen en 2 kleintjes. Ruime woning met een landelijke ligging. De weg ernaar toe is wel behoorlijk steil en met sneeuw heb je zeker sneeuwkettingen nodig.
Goede verwarming. De warmwatervoorziening om te douchen liet soms wat te wensen over. De woning is niet super modern maar dat heeft ook weer zijn charme.

vele voorzieningen maar het is gedateerd, maar acceptabel gezien de prijs die je ervoor betaald. prijs en kwaliteit verhouding is prima. Vriendelijke eigenaar. Stijle wegen om er te komen maar prima te doen. Wifi tegen betaling van 20 euro voor gehele gezelschap.

das Haus ist gut gelegen, von der wirklich großzügigen Terrasse bester Blick ins Zillertaler Bergpanorama. Bäder und Toiletten im Stiel der 70-er Jahre und überwiegend ohne Schlüssel. Küche gut ausgestattet. Doch der Abfluss war schon bei Ankunft verstopft und die Wirtsleute haben es nicht geschafft ihn zu reparieren. (Heuernte). Betten teilweise mit schlechten, durch gelegenen Matratzen.

Das Ferienhaus ist an für sich schön, aber es bedarf unbedingt einiger Sanierungen. Die Betten sind teilweise durchgelegen. Die Wohnung in der oberen Etage ist nur etwas für kleine Menschen aufgrund der niedrigen Deckenhöhe. Die Einrichtung ist relativ lieblos gehalten. Es fehlte ebenfalls ein Toilettendeckel. Am Störendsten waren allerdings die Heizungs- bzw. Wassergeräusche - jedesmal wenn das Wasser lief, gab es ein unangenehmes Pfeifen im Haus. Auch nachts störten die Geräusche der Heizung.
