7 minutes from the Gare de Lyon, 10 minutes from the famous Place du Chatelet, you can enjoy this loft which can accommodate up to 5 people. This former artist studio, completely renovated, is located in a large town house and opens onto the private garden through a picture window. Its area is 57m², it consists of 2 rooms: a living room with a sofa convertible into a double bed and a bedroom with a double bed and a single bed. The bathroom has a bathtub, washing machine, iron, hair dryer ...
An island kitchen area is set up in the living room. You will find all modern comforts: dishwasher, traditional oven, fridge, microwave ...
In the bedroom you will have a TV, a large wardrobe and a desk area.
The decoration is elegant and functional. Crockery, linens, furniture, garden equipment are at your disposal. This loft is independent, and very quiet.
You can get to the center of Paris in a few minutes using the RER D, 5 minutes' walk from the house. In the lively neighborhood, you will find a supermarket, a covered market Thursday and Saturday morning, a bakery in front of the house, a pharmacy, a grocery store open until midnight

The house is a 5-minute walk from an aquatic center (sauna, swimming pool, hammam, balneotherapy, slide ... This brand new swimming pool offers a real relaxation area with a large solarium terrace open to the Seine.
Also near the Bois de Vincennes which is not without interest. You can visit the zoo, the castle, the racetrack there. You can organize a horse ride, a picnic, take a boat trip on a bucolic lake.
Nearby you will find the Val de Marne contemporary art museum.
Above all, you will most certainly go to the Louvre museum, which you will reach in less than half an hour. You can also go shopping in Châtelet les Halles, at Galeries Lafayette or in the department stores of Printemps where you will get there in around 30 minutes.
