The very well-kept, cozy and comfortably furnished 1-room apartment, 45 square meters, with a separate entrance at ground level, is located on the ground floor of our family house, very quiet, on a play street, without any through traffic.
Large living room with two separate sofa beds, can also be put together if required, large round dining table, armchair, satellite TV (32 "flat screen), radio with CR and CD part, free WiFi, etc.
Well-equipped separate kitchen with a small convection oven, 2-plate ceramic hob, fridge with freezer compartment, coffee machine, toaster etc., as well as sufficient dishes for 4 people.
Modern shower room, toilet, magnifying mirror, hair dryer, etc.
A small garden terrace with a seat, right in front of the apartment, invites you to relax.
Non smoking apartment, no pets.

We have stayed here before and it did not disappoint. The host is friendly and helpful. The flat is in Vauban, which is a suburb of Freiburg with its own cafes, shope (including supermarket) and restaurants. You are convenient for walks into the countryside, the village of St Georgen (with swimming pool) and are in the city centre in 15 minute by tram. The flat has everything you need and is comfortable and quiet, with a little garden area to relax in.
