Apartment house right next to torrent railways. Residence "Ringstrasse (Utoring)". In the resort, 500 m from the centre, 20 m from the skiing area. In the house: bar, lounge, table tennis, playroom, lift, storage room for bicycles, storage room for skis, central heating system, washing machine, tumble dryer (extra). Bread roll service and beverage service. Motor access to the house (mountain road). In Winter: please take snow chains, 4x4 car recommended in winter. Parking at the house, public car park at 50 m, extra. Grocery, supermarket, restaurant 500 m, bus stop "Leukerbad, Bristol" 250 m, outdoor swimming pool 500 m, thermal baths 300 m. Tennis 500 m, cable car, gondola lift, skisport facilities, slopes 20 m, sled run, cross country ski track 500 m, ice rink 1 km. Well-known ski regions can easily be reached: Leukerbad Torrent 20 m. Hiking paths: Gemmi 1 km. The house is on the wooded south-west slope, right next to the torrent railways. Only a short stairway separates the house from the valley station. Parking: Winter: parking lot CHF 35.00/week, garage box CHF 70.00/week, summer: parking lot free, garage box CHF 35.00/week. Attention: Garage spaces are limited, reservation and confirmation only possible upon arrival! The Leukerbad Plus Card is included in the booking. We come every year to the same apartment its always good quality the kitchen is a little dated but we like it as is. Leukerbad has not got a huge ski area however the spas are great and it suits us as a family of skier’s non-skiers. The apartment block is directly below the main cable car with a set of steep stairs behind it to reach the cable car station. The concierge cleared the car park of snow early in the morning for us to allow us to get away.

This is our 5 or 6 time in this building its always a pleasure to stay here the building is well located as close as it gets to the main lift and 10 minutes walk from either of the main Spa's. The village is more about wellness than skiing although the skiing is varied and good quality the Spa's are world class. Don't book any lift passes in advance when you book in you will get a 10% discount voucher for all the town and mountain costs

Die Lage der Wohnung ist sehr gut, allerdings ist die Wohnung mittlerweile in die Jahre gekommen - vorallem Küche und Badezimmer könnten sanft renoviert werden. In der Küche wäre definitiv ein neuer Dampfabzug angebracht. Je nach dem was gekocht wird, stinkt die ganze Wohnung. Ein Ersatz der Toilette wäre ebenfalls empfehlenswert.
