About this house rental
Single-family house "La Noria", built in 1996. In the resort. Private: property 535 m2 (fenced), swimming pool (4 m diameter, depth 150 cm, seasonal availability: 01.Jun. - 30.Sep.). Terrace (30 m2), garden furniture. In the house: central heating system, burglar alarm system. Single garage. Shop, restaurant 500 m, bus stop 50 m.
4-room house 140 m2. Very beautiful furnishings: entrance hall. Living/dining room 40 m2 with digital TV and DVD. Exit to the terrace. 2 rooms, each room with 1 french bed. Kitchen (4 hot plates, oven, dishwasher, freezer, electric coffee machine). Shower, sep. WC. Upper floor: (open staircase), 1 room with 1 french bed (160 cm), bath/WC and air conditioning. Deck chairs (6). Facilities: washing machine, dryer, iron, baby cot for up to 2 year olds, hair dryer. Internet (WiFi, free). Please note: maximum 1 small pet/ dog allowed. Smoke alarm. Included in rent: 2 hours cleaning/week, 1 linen change per minimum 2 week stay.

Bel ensemble maison et jardin sans vis-à-vis. Cuisine bien équipée malgrès un four qui ne fonctionne pas et très sale et un manque de climatisation dans les chambres du bas. Parking fermé très apprécié. Piscine très appréciée . Bon accueil par Christelle et documents pratiques remis sont nécessaires. Carpentras est accessible à pied: belle promenade. Magasins divers à pro ximité.

La maison Noria est splendide. Nous avons passé 2 semaines de rêves ; Elisabeth et son mari sont excessivement gentils et très disponibles. Merci à vous. La maison est très propre et très bien rangée. La région est superbe … tout pour passer d’excellentes vacances. A bientôt, amitiés de l‘Allemagne et des USA

Nous avons séjourné dans la maison La Noria et nous avons passé de magnifiques vacances . La maison est spacieuse avec de grandes chambres et un très beau jardin entretenu et avec tout le confort pour ne manquer de rien. Les personnels qui gèrent la maison sont extraordinaires et disponibles.

Een groot huis, alleen geschikt voor 4 personen: - Het huis wordt verhuurd voor 6 personen maar er staan 4 stoelen. - De bedden beneden waren te small voor 2 personen. Deze bedden zijn ook niet geschikt voor mensen langer dan 180 cm. - Geen Airco beneden kamers, hete nachten. - Met uitchecken telde ze alle handdoeken en borden en dit deed ze om 5:00 uur in de ochtend. Ze wilden niet in de avond ervoor komen controleren, allemaal erg wantrouwig eigenlijk. - De stad zelf heeft weinig te bieden.
