Beautiful & Modern 2 bedroom home in North Hollywood. Come relax outside with this amazing weather all year round. The home is by the NoHo Art District, Burbank, Studio City, and Hollywood. The neighborhood is quiet and calm. You will have everything you will need during your stay! Extremely cozy and welcoming home with great energy and colorful art pieces throughout the house.

2 Bedroom / 1 Bath with in-house Washer/Dryer & Central Air Conditioning:
Master bedroom features a memory foam queen sized bed with a 3 inch memory foam topper and a Smart TV. The second bedroom has a queen size bed and a smart TV. Both rooms are equipped with fresh linens and ample closet space. The Living room features a large Smart TV with all apps. Bathroom features double sinks with a full size tub & shower.
Outside the kitchen is a mud room with a desk that leads to a colorful private courtyard. Enjoy your mornings under the sun!
Guests have access to a completely private front yard with private entrance and a one car ( two compact cars fit) driveway with a manual gate. Guests also have a private side backyard space with seating.
The neighborhood is very residential and quiet, Its pretty big but for the most part I love the Noho District area and the close drive to Burbank, Studio City and Hollywood. Burbank and Studio city is about 1.5 miles away. Lots of shops and restaurants. Hollywood is about 15-20 min away. Don't hesitate to ask me how far something is, I can check maps for you.
Other things to note:
*This property sits on a large corner lot. There are two studio units in the backyard that enter from the side street. Both are separate and have their own private area and parking. Any questions let me know. Your privacy is assured.
