About this apartment rental
Ground floor accommodation with independent entrance, private car park, garden and access to the solar shower and swimming pool open from April to October.
Ideal for accommodating 2 to 4 people comfortably, it consists of a large country-style kitchenette and sitting area, a bathroom with large shower and window, a double bedroom with wardrobe and desk, a small bedroom with a single bed and a single bed. loft; on request it is also possible to have a wooden cot available for children from 0 to 3 years. You access the private garden directly from the sitting room / kitchenette and from the double bedroom and from the garden you can easily reach the swimming pool through a wooden ladder; the garden is furnished with wooden sunbeds and deck chairs for sunbathing, table with chairs and umbrella for lunch and barbecue available for guests. In the apartment there are air conditioners with heat pump and is covered by wi-fi. The property is immersed in the green Pisan Tuscan hills, between 2000 meters of land cultivated with olive trees and fruit trees, a stone's throw from the Etruscan village of Parlascio, just 5 minutes by car or 30 minutes on foot from the spa town of Casciana Terme and only 10 minutes from the medieval village of Lari.
Ideal destination for excursions to the nearby towns surrounding Casciana Terme on foot or by mountain bike or to quickly reach cities of art such as Pisa, Florence, Pistoia, Lucca, Volterra, San Gemignano or Siena.
Villino Chiarina is located on the ground floor of the Villino, inhabited by the owners on the upper floor, who will welcome guests making themselves available to any request in mutual respect. In the municipality of Casciana Terme-Lari there is a separate collection service, so we kindly ask you to observe the weekly collection calendar.

We had a wonderful time at Villino Chiarina. The view from the pool is stunning! There was just two of us and the house worked really well for us.

We’ve had a nice stay in the vacation house in Tuscany. The apartment is located in a calm street. But not to far away from the small city center. We’ve done some excursions to Florence, Pisa, Siena and Livorno.
Eleonora is a fantastic property owner who responded always very fast to our questions.
It’s a nice pool. Our daughter of almost 5 years old enjoyed playing in the pool.
Make sure to aerate well the apartment, cause it can be quite humid.
