Πολύ καλή τοποθεσία, καθαρό, εύκολα προσβάσιμο. Κοντά στο κέντρο της Κομοτηνής. Άμεσες και εύκολες οδηγίες check in.
Οι παροχές δεν ήταν πλήρεις. Η καφετιέρα του γαλλικού χαλασμένη, δεν είχε χαρτί κουζίνας, δεν είχε επιπρόσθετα μαξιλάρια πέρα από 2, δεν είχε τουλάχιστον ένα κομοδίνο να μπορείς να έχεις τα πράγματα σου δίπλα παρά μόνο ένα ράφι. Το φως του μπαλκονιού δεν λειτουργούσε.
