We made a sudden trip to town for a funeral. The 3 bedroom condo was perfect for our family needs...much better than a hotel. Clean, nicely stocked with essentials. We didn’t use pool or other property extras due to COVID-19 and really due to the reason for our visit. It was just nice to have a comfy room where our family could all stay together.

Property is good, rooms are small other than master bedroom.. which by the way, doesn't have a door to tub or shower, that is weird, luckily, my husband and I were using this room. But if you were sharing this room w a daughter or friend or any other family member, you'd have no privacy and would have to wait until they are out of the shower or tub..
other than that.. unit is good. Oh, also, the dining only sits 4 but there are stools, I think 3..

Great condo- very clean and comfortable. Fully equipped kitchen so able to save miney by cooking meals in condo. This unit has spacious master king suite and two additjional bedrooms with full sized beds in each. Also has a washer/dryer if needed. Because this is a 2nd story unit it has a great view of Colorado river. Not too many activities offered however there is a community game room and also spent some time in town and a few hours in the pool.
The only reason I rated less than 5 stars was because this is a time share community and once they figure out you are a guest and not an owner they do pursue you to attend their presentation even after I said no thanks we wouldn’t be available or interested at check in.
Also was informed this was a new resort and have been opened for one year as of our stay.
