About this house rental

120m² holiday home in a good location, directly at the Hohenfelden reservoir and swimming lake with a wonderful view of the lake and the forest beyond. The house, completed in summer 2017, has 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms with shower and toilet and has a bright and modern living / dining area with an open kitchen. The 540m ² plot with garden, terrace and grill invites you to relax. A garden shed offers space for bicycles, strollers and other sports equipment.
The entire residential complex is protected from through traffic by a roller door and offers the guests privacy, peace and relaxation.
The house is only 70m from the swimming lake and about 300m from the beach with adventure playground, nudist area and boat rental. The Avenida-Therme leisure pool with a large sauna area can be reached on foot in approx. 300 m.
The 40ha reservoir has excellent water quality and borders on a large forest area, which offers numerous sports and entertainment options, such as. B. Active park with climbing forest, archery, adventure golf and bungee trampoline. In 5 km distance open air museum Hohenfelden, as well as eagle and falcon yard Niederburg Kranichfeld. The Weimarer Land Golf Resort is 16 km away. The cities of Erfurt and Weimar and Arnstadt can be reached in 20-25 minutes by car. Even in winter it is wonderfully quiet here and invites you to relax with the thermal baths. In December it is an ideal combination with a visit to the Erfurt Christmas market, one of the most beautiful in Germany.

Wir haben eine erholsame Woche am Stausee Hohenfelden verbracht. Die Vermieter sind sehr nett, unser Kontakt und die Schlüsselübergabe waren völlig unkompliziert. Das Ferienhaus ist sehr komfortabel und hochwertig ausgestattet. Ob Espressoautomat inklusive Milchaufschäumer, Waschmaschine, flexible Terassenbeschattung oder SUPs - es ist einfach alles für einen tollen Urlaub vorhanden. :-) Bis zum See (Steg) braucht man zu Fuß eine Minute, da ist der Transport der beiden SUPs kein Problem. Die Betten sind bequem und Dank der zwei Duschbäder gab es keine "Wartezeiten". Weimar ist unbedingt einen Ausflug wert und Erfurt mit dem EGA-Park ist auch schnell zu erreichen. Dieses Ferienobjekt können wir nur weiterempfehlen.

Das Ferienhaus ist wirklich traumhaft: es ist mir wirklich ausnahmslos allen Dingen ausgestattet, die man für so einen Urlaub benötigt - es ist wirklich an alles gedacht. Dazu ist alles perfekt sauber gewesen, die Kommunikation mit der Vermieterin lief einwandfrei. Ich würde noch mehr Sterne geben, wenn ich könnte. Die Umgebung ist zudem toll, der See perfekt, das Wasser ist warm und sauber, es ist nicht viel los. Wir kommen definitiv wieder!

Wir, zwei Paare mit Hund, hatten einen entspannten und ruhigen Urlaub in einem sehr schönen Haus. Die Ausstattung war sehr umfangreich, es hat uns an nichts gefehlt.

Das Ferienhaus hat uns sehr gut gefallen.Es war alles wie in der Beschreibung genannt vorhanden. Lage ist sehr gut und rund um den Stausee kann man viel unternehmen.Wir kommen gerne wieder.
