About this villa rental
Traditional stone villa Nono Ivo 4* is completely renovated. Rented as a whole villa, In the villa the guests are alone, no other guests and no owner. New furnished in Mediterranean style with all that is necessary for modern life. Away from the center, beaches and other facilities 30 m.
The villa has a possibility in the house, 6 adults and 2 children.
There are 3 bedrooms, one of which is with 2 single beds (first floor), the other with a double king-size bed and a bed for a child up to 8 years, and the third with a double bed and a bed for a child under 18 (second floor), 2 bathrooms ( one on the first floor, and second on the second floor) and a living room with kitchen and dining room. In the 2 larger rooms and livig room you have air-conditioned. There are wireless flat Internet and satellite TV.
The outer part consists of a terrace with a stone table for 8 people, other terrace with new hot tub, deck chairs and a sun shower, a courtyard with a stone fireplace and a summer annex containing 1 bedroom, kitchen and bathroom. Surrounded by century-old wild vine that produces shade in summer.
Near the house, only 40 m away are beaches, restaurants, promenade, supermarket, bakery, market, pharmacy, ATMs.
It's free: soap for hands and body, detergents for washing machine and dishwasher, wood for outdoor stone barbecue. Change of bed linen every 7 days.
For use you have the following appliances: washing machine, vacuum cleaner, stand board, iron, dishwasher, 2 refrigerators with freezer, 2 stoves, oven, coffee maker, electric kettle, microwave, toaster, blender

Great house, very clean, great location. Aida and her husband were very helpful but also very discrete hosts, they welcomed us warmly. We had a great vacation. I recommend this house to everyone and thanks Aida for everything!!!

Everything from the initial communication to check out were outstanding and the place with its facilities (2 modern bathrooms, air condition, BBQ and outdoor kitchen)), etc..) is perfect for 2 families (+ large dog) as in our case.
Postira is a very charming and pittoresque village with everything you need; beaches,
good restaurants, a post office, a butcher, bakeries and some small supermarkets. There are multiple activities to sign up for, both at sea or inland.
We enjoyed our stay a lot, the only problem was that the days passed too quickly!
Thanks Aida and husband for being great hosts and for offering their very nice place to us.
