On the slopes of the Hermitage of Monte Giove, in a splendid panoramic position on the Metauro valley with views to the sea, a newly renovated apartment is rented weekly, on the ground floor of an ancient farmhouse in a 10-hectare property with woods, olive trees and old trees. The apartment consists of a living room - kitchen, two double bedrooms and a bathroom, has a living area of 65 square meters and is equipped with air conditioning. It also has a portion of the porch and garden for exclusive use, equipped with table, chairs, sun beds, barbecue, etc. A few meters from the house, a large swimming pool (15 x 7 m, max. 1,40 m) is available to guests (magnificently inserted in a context of extraordinary scenic beauty). The splendor of the Marche hills combined with the exceptional tranquility of the place (evidenced by the presence of the ancient Camaldolese Hermitage), makes this place ideal for those who want to spend a holiday in contact with nature, combining the tranquility of the countryside with the pleasantness of a seaside resort, since only 5 km. away are the beaches of Fano

Summary of reviewsOur 3-week family stay at Ferme Monte Giove was very pleasant and relaxing. Lorenzo was very welcoming and helpful when we had a car breakdown. The setting is superb, surrounded by greenery with a beautiful pool close to all amenities and the old town of Fano. The accommodation is well-equipped and very clean. We will definitely return!

Very nice property, beautiful swimmingpool and lovely host Rossella! We had a little issue with our neighbour apartment but Rossella solved it quickly. In also forgot a shoe and it was send back to my homeaddress. Thanks so much!

Notre séjour de 3 semaines en famille à la Ferme Monte Giove a été très agréable et reposant. Lorenzo nous a très bien accueilli et nous a été d'une grande aide lorsque nous avons eu une panne de voiture, il est très gentil et disponible.
Le cadre est superbe, un écrin de verdure avec une belle piscine a proximité de toutes les commodités et de la vieille ville de Fano.
Le logement est bien équipé et très propre.
Nous y retournerons, c'est certain !
