The separate hot and cold water taps were a bit inconvenient and took some getting used to. Mixing the water comfortably was difficult at times

Can't fault the stay at all. The cottage was prefect and the scenery was stunning. The animals were brilliant bonus as the young kids enjoyed them. Would definitely recommend to anyone looking for a weekend break who wants to explore the west of Ireland.
I wouldnt change anything but if I was to rebook again I would try for around mid July when the weather would hopefully be warmer.

Location Size of property - plenty of rooms and beds Comfort - cosy and lots of hot water Clean with nice additions e.g hand soap, towels, tea bags and utensils/crockery Surrounds- children particularly enjoyed seeing the animals
Safety/security concerns: Leaking ceiling in kitchen- water dripping, slip hazard. Lovely new shower but reluctant to use in case it exacerbated the leak. Not all windows were lockable/secure/fully working order(concern for us as travelling with small children) If window issues could have been resolved fully, rating would definitely have been higher as it met our expectations in lots of ways.
