Lodging in an old outbuilding located in the heart of a tourist village in the south of the Vosges, near the Ballon d'Alsace. Many tourist and sports activities to practice around. On site you can play table tennis (rackets and balls provided), board games, swing (with slide) for children. Near the owner's private pond (fishing allowed) food at 3 km, doctor at 4 km. Located in the center of the village. Detached house: Ground floor and 1st floor: 2 bedrooms (2 double beds, 2 single beds). Integrated kitchen opened on stay. Bathroom, 2 toilets. Electric heating, veranda, terrace, garage, partly fenced. Charges not included. The owner lives in the neighboring house. Outdoor equipment: barbecue, garage, garden, terrace, garden furniture, parking. Interior equipment: Fridge-freezer, washing machine, dishwasher, microwave, toaster, kettle, mixer, coffee + pod, ceramic hob, vacuum cleaner, television, DVD player, wifi internet, (second home)

Location parfaite , nous étions 3 adultes et 3 enfants : confortable , très bien équipé, emplacement tout proche du centre ville ( cinéma, boulangerie, pharmacie) .

Location parfaitement propre. M Briot est très minutieux , et disponible au besoin car sa maison est a côté de la location, mais discret comme un agréable voisin. On peut lui faire entièrement confiance. En été avec les deux vérandas et l'espace extérieur cela doit vraiment être agréable. En hiver la véranda est bien utile quand on revient du ski pour se débarrasser un peu a l'abri du froid.

Nous sommes entierement content de cette sejour dans le gite de M. Briot qui etait toujours a notre evoute. Nous le temercions encore une fois.

Très bon propriétaire à l'écoute et très gentil. Le gîte peut supporter 6 personnes, propre et dans un cadre calme et agréable avec une belle vue sur la Montagne. Ballon Alsace et le grand ballon pas loins à visiter
