About this house rental
For rent comfortable house, maximum 5 people, less than a kilometer from all shops and the seaside, bright, south facing with unlimited internet access.
The ground floor includes a living room (television with SFR TV, Being sport channels as well as a DVD home cinema), a fitted kitchen with dishwasher, a scullery with dryer and freezer, the toilet, a bedroom with double bed (160/200) and its private bathroom (television with TNT reception), a veranda with a dining area and a summer lounge, a large private garden with terrace, barbecue and garden furniture and a large garage (parking possible). You can also park your car either in the interior courtyard or in the parking lot in front of the house.
The upper floor is made up of 2 bedrooms with double beds (140/190), one bedroom with 2 single beds, bathroom with tub and separate toilet.
All household linen is provided (sheets and towels). Rental from Saturday afternoon 4 p.m. to Saturday morning 10 a.m.

The house was absolutely amazing perfect for us, our Sons aged 18 & 21 and our 2 Shih Tzu’s . We enjoyed all the space and the garden and enjoyed cooking on the gas bbq . It was perfect. The owner was very nice and very friendly and very helpful too Thankyou

Cette grande villa offre de très belles prestations. Son sympathique propriétaire a à cœur de proposer une maison très fonctionnelle il fait bon vivre. On y passe d'excellentes vacances en famille. A refaire !

Très bon accueil, propriétaire disponible et réactif. Maison agréable et bien équipée, literie de bonne qualité, vastes pièces au rez de chaussée, draps et linge de maison disponibles et abondants. Maison agréable pour réunir la famille.

Habitué à la Bretagne depuis bien longtemps, j’ai loué une vingtaine d’habitations et celle-ci est assurément dans mon top 2 !
Magnifique propriété dans 1 clos très calme tout en ayant des magasins (dont 1 gde surface) à 2 min en voiture maximum.
La maison est très spacieuse, propre, luxueuse même et dispose de tout ce dont on peut avoir besoin.
Le jardin est à la hauteur du reste, et dispose, tout comme à l’intérieur de l’habitation, de très nombreux mobiliers où s’assoir, se coucher, bref se détendre.
Le propriétaire est très attentionné et n’a pas hésité à nous rejoindre rapidement lorsque nous avons eu besoin de lui pour 1 petit souci auquel il a immédiatement remédié.
Je ne sais que rajouter tant cette location était vraiment parfaite à tout point de vue si ce n’est remercier à nouveau Mr Mordel et vous recommander cette fabuleuse propriété !
