About this house rental

This comfortable holiday home in Xhoffraix has 5 bedrooms and is ideal for two families or friends. Located close to the forest, the home which can house 10, features a terrace and barbecue for a relaxing holiday with good food.

Enjoy walking in the nearby forest, 500 m away from the home. You can also buy your essentials or to try delectable cuisines at the restaurants, just 1 km away. There is a lake 6 km away, where you can go in summer months. Cross country, 3 km away is perfect for ski enthusiasts.

The home features a kitchen with all the required cooking essentials and a living cum dining room with a TV, DVD player and fireplace. You can enjoy the views while having a drink from the terrace or garden, while grill cook meals. Children’s bed, play equipments and high chair are available for the convenience of families with kids.

For reasons of tranquillity, this holiday home will not be rented to groups of youngsters

Layout: Ground floor: (hallway, bedroom(2x single bed), bedroom(2x bunk bed), bedroom(2x single bed), bathroom(bath tub, washbasin), toilet)

Het huisje, de omgeving, het onthaal en de vriendelijkheid van de mensen daar is super! We hebben met het gezin echt genoten. Eén minpuntje Belvilla noteert in de site dat water, elektriciteit, en verwarming is inbegrepen. Dit is niet juist en er wordt een vaste som van de waarborg afgehouden voor deze voorzieningen!

Fijne ruime woning. Alle voorzieningen in keuken aanwezig . Ook bv wasmachine, droger, vriezer. Ruime tuin en parkeerruimte. Perfect als uitvalsbasis voor mtb-tochten en wandelen. Routes op een paar honderd meter op te pikken. Vv open haard dus s-avonds ook gezellig natafelen onder genot van Belgische bieren.

Mooie omgeving met wandelroutes nabij als ook Oorlogsmuseum ('44) niet veraf (voor de culturele toets) groot en proper huis met alle nodige voorzieningen en dan nog eens met het perfecte gezelschap recept voor perfect weekend

It was a nice, relaxing weekend. A wanedeling 8 km done from the village (red upright rectangle), this was a walk especially in forest and along a river very varied too nice for dogs of the house is a must, however regrettable that the garden only iomheind with hedge, dogs can therefore escape or in the garden of the neighbor
