You will appreciate the charm of this little penty located in a farmhouse in Saint Evarzec (29170) between Quimper and Fouesnant. The cottage is classified furnished with 3-star tourism. 3 mins walk from the village and shops, you will enjoy the serenity of this place of relaxation and rest. Ideal for a couple with a child, this cottage is located 8 km from the beach of Cap Coz (Fouesnant) and 12 km from that of Beg Meil.
The house is composed on the ground floor of a living room (with satellite TV) of an open and equipped kitchen (fridge, microwave-oven, washing machine, espresso, baby high chair ...), a bathroom and a separate toilet, and upstairs a mezzanine (with a sofa bed for 140 people) and an independent bedroom for two people (a double bed of 140).
The living room opens directly onto the south-facing terrace (garden furniture, deckchairs, barbecue, parasol, etc.), particularly pleasant in summer after the beach, and onto a 200m² enclosed garden. A garden shed is attached to the house. A parking space is reserved for your car in front of the house.
In the immediate vicinity, Fouesnant is 5 km, the Fouesnant Forest 8 km, Bénodet 12 km and Concarneau 14 km. Quimper can be reached in 10 minutes by car, as is the Brest-Quimper-Lorient expressway (Quimper Troyalac'h exit). Nearby beaches: Cap Coz, Beg Meil, Pointe de Mousterlin. .

Trouvé par hasard, cette location n’aurait pas pu être mieux !
Emplacement, calme total, jardin, équipement de la maison (chaîne hi-fi de très bonne qualité, plaques induction), possibilité de dormir la fenêtre ouverte sans entendre le moindre bruit parasite. Nous étions tristes de quitter les lieux.

für Kleidung keine Möglichkeit zum unterbringen.
