The apartment is located at Koukaki in the hart of the city of Athens in the shadow of the Acropolis, the neighborhood of Koukaki, with its unevenly paved sidewalks lined with bitter orange trees, has an undeniably urban village feel. From here you can access the sights like Acropolis , Plaka, Monastiraki or Modern Art museum within 10 minutes walk or by the bus ( the stop is just outside the building), or the metro (5 min. walk) Threre is also a nice area with cafes bars,restaurants, bakerys etc Just on the next corner .

We absolutely loved the apartment. It was beautiful and the balcony was exceptional. It was centrally located to easily get to all the sites we wanted to visit. After a nice dinner to come back and relax on the balcony with a glass of wine was perfect. The liquor store and grocery store were an easy short walk. Kitchen is well stocked with essentials.

A friend and I stayed one night then my family joined me and my friend left for the next part of her vacation. Our only problem was figuring out the washer and dryer. Didn’t also know sbout button to heat water. But all minor. Comfortable, clean and host was excellent. Highly recommended.

Beautifully renovated, serene and comfortable apartment with patio, powerful AC, all mod cons, in a somewhat scruffy looking but completely safe and congenial neighborhood full of cafes, restaurants, minimarts and pharmacies. Easy 15 minute walk straight to Acropolis metro stop and Plaka. Ilias and Aras were wonderfully warm and welcoming hosts and their place feels like a very posh home, not a soulless corporate apartment. Very highly recommended!

Great uncrowded, quiet location. Just the two of us, but appreciated the second bedroom to store suitcases and charge devices. Ilias has thought of every detail and his website provides so much helpful information. Wonderful nearby Farmers Market on Friday. Lots of great restaurants and bakeries close by. Loved the terrace with all the flowers. Fabulous hosts who greet you and make you feel so welcome.
