About 100m from the closest ski lift (Botarel). Ski link bus to Mottolino is also about 70-80m from the apartment, so ideal place even if you want to start or finish your day on the other side of the mountain, at Mottolino. Check in happens the other side of the town (~7 mins drive from the apartment), but it's straightforward how to get there based on the initial instructions and the process did not take more than 5 minutes which included the purchase of the ski passes too. Otherwise the apartment is well equipped and comfortable, we really enjoyed our stay. We would definitely pick this apartment again for our next stay in Livigno.

We have been in Livigno for seventh time and this was the best location ever. The appartment is new. The ski lift and ski bus was cca 1 min far away. We strongly reccomend.
