About this house rental
Holiday home with swimming pool with spectacular sea view near Sanremo. Nice airport is only at 45 minutes. Easyjet flies very cheaply to Nice. The sea can be reached on foot in 15 minutes. The nice owner Nino regularly brings you a basket of his organic products and fruit and vegetables. The apartments are very clean.
Pompeiana has pleasant sea breezes in the summer and cold wind protection in the winter. The apartments therefore offer you the ideal opportunity to escape the cold winters in your own country.
You are assured of a warm welcome and a very pleasant relaxing stay on farmland where you can go horseback riding, walking or cycling on a 25 km long cycle path along the sea that starts from San Lorenzo al mare to Ospedaletti.
At a short distance is a paradise-like blue lake where the residents regularly refresh themselves. (see photo gallery) Ask owner Nino where you can find it.
The pool has a terrace with a sea view.
You will find a large supermarket (Lidl) in Riva Ligure, about 8 minutes by car. In Arma di Taggia is a large covered shopping mall with supermarket and shops and bars. (Address: Via Privata Roggeri 56 Arma di Taggia.)
Pay attention:
The rental does not include bed and bath linen. A linen package can be arranged for 12 euros per person and must be paid on the spot.
The price of the final cleaning is 12 euros per person and must be paid on arrival.

We had two excellent weeks.
Thanks to the kind manager which support us with a lot of hints and some local food.
The moscito nets should be urgently replaced as we permantently put them back on the wall.
