Apartment available all year round consisting of 3 bedrooms (1 double one single and one twin with two separate beds) for a total of 5 beds. Living room (with sofa bed for a further 2 beds). Kitchen, bathroom with tub and shower, hallway and large panoramic and sunny balcony. Located on the first floor in a condominium of a few units. Quiet area and convenient to all the services that Lake Garda can offer. Private parking spaces available in the shared courtyard. Check in time 18.00 Check out time 10.00. Preferable weekly rentals but also for a minimum of 3 days.

The place was super nice! Perfect walking distance from the shops and the lake. Plenty of space for 3 adult guys. Michele was fantastic! We were there during the hottest 2 weeks, Michele was super nice in bringing us some fans to help move the air around and cool off during the evenings and was always very prompt in answering any questions we had. Would absolutely stay again!

Excellent value large modern family apartment 5 minutes from train station, 10 minutes to town and 2 minutes to supermarket and bus stops linking all lake towns and beyond. 3 good bedrooms and spacious lounge, kitchen and bathroom with bath and separate shower with all equipment needed for a pleasant stay in quiet complex. Free onsite safe parking. Nice wrap around private balcony too. Only minor was no air con and got hot in August but we knew that when we booked. Get mosquitoe spray/liquid if going in summer months too. No kettle or microwave either.
Responsive host replied within minutes on WhatsApp with good suggestions. Ideal place to stay with or without car as near all public transport which is very reliable and cheap, cost us 20 euros and 30 minutes by bus to Verona airport for the family. Visited Venice on day trip as family of 6 for 51 euros each way! Nice cheap pizza restaurant Azzuria around the corner and plenty of other eateries within a few minutes. Town a 10 minute walk if that. Travelled by bus to all lake towns including Sirmione, Malcesine (then 20 minute ferry to limone) and lazise which is up the road. Gardaland also next stop on the bus for kids. Thank you Michel for a wonderful stay!

The apt is a great size. Has lots of windows. A wonderful wrap around terrace. On a main road but quieted at night ten minutes to center.

Der Aufenthalt in der Wohnung war sehr gut. Sie war sehr gut und komplett eingerichtet,, es hat an nichts gemangelt. Die Lage war sehr zentral, man ist zu Fuss so ziemlich überall hingekommen
