NEW IN TOURAINE IN THE HEART OF CASTLES LOIRE & NEAR BEAUVAL IN FULL NATURE WITH SWIMMING POOL, IDYLLIC PROPERTY FOR FAMILY & FRIENDS 415 m2 - max 23 pers
The location is exceptional: here no gate, just the nature that extends to the flicker of the pond and a large park of 1 ha. For a weekend or vacation, in the center of France 5 minutes from the medieval village of Pontlevoy, 30 minutes from Amboise, Blois, Chaumont sur Loire, Cheverny, Chenonceau, 2 hours from Paris.
The Chenillère is dedicated to all those who dream of a country house to invite friends, get together with family, make barbecues on the soft grass in front of the pond in the background, start the day with a bath in the pool (indoor heated) before having coffee in the sun, while children play ping pong or rush on the swings and hammocks in the trees, with herons and deer for only neighbors.
Located in Touraine, the Chenillière is the ideal "home sweet home", quiet to go green, the time of a weekend, for holidays, for yoga, watercolor, cooking, ....
LIFE IN GREEN AND LONGERE
Recently renovated, the old farm of the abbey of Pontlevoy has kept all its authenticity (beautiful restoration, neat decor, beams, fireplaces). It counts a superb longère of character 245 m2 / 6 rooms + dependency 190 m2 / 6 rooms
The property can accommodate up to 23 people in a great tranquility.
- Longère: 4 bedrooms (1 quadruple, 1 triple and 2 parental suites or 11 beds) and 4 bathrooms + living rooms (large living room library and dining room, only one double room on the ground floor;
- Outbuilding: 5 bedrooms (4 double bedrooms including two master bedroom suites, 1 triple room sleeps 11) and 5 bathrooms (+ 2 extra beds on the landing). All rooms are upstairs.
Inside, everything has been designed for an "uncomplicated" holiday.
- the library lounge (33 m2) with its large fireplace, the large dining room (45 m2), the small dining room (26 m2) open onto the garden;
- the kitchen is huge (25 m2 + back kitchen with second refrigerator, washing machine and dryer), there chatting while emulating, second kitchen;
- The rooms are bright (high-end bedding, BB bed on request) + 1 bathroom and a shower room ....
In winter, the house is very pleasant to live with its central heating and large fireplaces. The living room and its TV area invite you to relax.
The heated indoor pool allows swimming in all seasons.
In the beautiful season, the old linden gives shade, the meals it shelters promise to be memorable. At sunset, the view of the park invites to contemplation.
The park covers more than one hectare and includes a green garden, two ponds, an orchard, a large barn where children can play in case of bad weather, a 6 x 3 m covered and heated swimming pool, a table ping-pong, barbecue.
(Children who can not swim remain under parental supervision).
Come in the spring. Irises and daffodils give themselves to their heart's content.
Come in summer. Glycine invades the facade, and lavender wafts the garden.
Come in the fall for a last sip of vacation. Everything becomes ocher ...
Come in winter. The bare trees look fantastic.
ART OF LIVING AND BLOW OF FORK
Side lifestyle, the loir et cher is the country of good food (goat cheese, charcuterie, game, mushrooms, ....), we share our good addresses with great pleasure (restaurant, butchers, delicatessens, caterers, bakers , pastry chefs, ...).
Wine lovers will discover the neighboring vineyards of the Cher Valley (Appellation Touraine, Chenonceau, Cheverny, ...).
RELAXATION: A PURE AIR BOWL
Nature lovers will enjoy watching birds (herons, ducks, egrets, green or black peaks), and other deer animals, in the nearby park or forest.
Hikers will be happy to join the legendary GR Châteaux which passes nearby, cyclists will enjoy the routes of the "Loire à Vélos".

Travel light, we provide: linens (beds are made), condiments and all the necessary starter.
The end of stay cleaning is included, the Wifi too.
Multiple services possible: transfer train station, delivery of races, caterers, home chef, baby sitting.

The property is amazing, tucked away in heart of the chateau region, extremely peaceful setting, a great location to get away from the hustle and bustle of daily life. Plenty for both kids and adults to enjoy. Attentive and friendly host, we couldn’t have asked for more

J'ai loué cette superbe propriété pour 2 nuits et mon grand regret est de ne pas y être restée plus longtemps.... Tout y est parfait. Les maisons sont très cosy, décorées avec goût, très propres et très bien équipées. L'extérieur n'en est pas moins agréable avec le grand jardin qui se prolonge vers un étang où l'on entend les canards la journée et les grenouilles le soir.
L'accueil est également chaleureux et très appréciable.
J'espère vraiment avoir l'occasion d'y revenir. Je recommande chaudement ce bel endroit.

Nous avons pu profiter des deux maisons , avec des équipements de qualité et une propreté impeccable

Nous avons passé un séjour agréable à 20 personnes dans les 2 gîtes (4 enfants, 7 adolescents et 9 adultes). Les gîtes sont bien équipée et rien ne nous a manqué, un très beau paysage et un calme absolu.
Les 2 gîtes étaient propres à notre arrivée à part le frigo dans le gîte principal.
Nous avons eu un accueil très rapide sans état des lieux détaillé, nous conseillons les propriétaires de passer plus de temps pour bien expliquer le règlement intérieur car nous avons appris certaines règles le jour de notre départ (le règlement était affiché à l’arrière cuisine sans nous l’avoir indiqué, nous avons reçu un mail pour les conditions de départ qq heures avant notre départ )
Nous proposons aussi aux propriétaires de signaler aux locataires en avance qu’il y a un dortoir pour 4 personnes dont l’accès à une chambre double se fait à travers ce dortoir, et d’expliquer qu’un ménage incluant balayage doit être fait par les locataires avant leur départ même si le ménage est inclu dans les services.
Nous avons eu un vrai soucis avec la piscine, le produit acidifiant a été ajouté avant notre arrivé et plusieurs enfants et adultes ont eu des irritations sérieuses aux yeux et toux accompagnées de vomissements. Nous l’avons signalé à la propriétaire qui était objectivement dans le déni et a plutôt essayé de nous faire comprendre que ce serait lié au non respect de l’hygiène de notre part ce qui n’était bien évidemment pas le cas (douche à chaque entrée en plus de la douche quotidienne).
