Ideally located at the heart of the Alps (Geneva 45 min, Megève, Chamonix, Italy 1h, Méribel, Courchevel 1h30, Val d’Isère 2h), our house is also close to all amenities. You will be 10 minutes from Annecy town centre and its shops, 15km from Annecy airport, 45km from Geneva Airport in Switzerland, and 150km from Lyon Satolas Airport.
For sports fans, our house is conveniently located for all activities: sailing, water-skiing, wakeboarding, diving, golf, riding, summer luge, tennis, hiking, mountain biking, paragliding, karting…
In the winter season, you can reach superb ski resorts like Le Grand Bornand and La Clusaz (Annecy Ski Resorts) in only 30 minutes. You can practise Alpine skiing, snowboarding, cross-country skiing, snowshoeing, snowmobile, dog sled rides…

Nous avons apprécié la situation géographique autant sur la proximité du centre ville de Menthon St Bernard et Talloires que les possibilités de rejoindre assez rapidement les stations de ski environnantes.
Nous avons aimé aussi ce charmant studio qui est très bien agencé et équipé.
On peut noter un accueil particulièrement chaleureux de notre hôte.
On vous le recommande sans hésitations !

Appartement très agréable , calme, cosy et fonctionnel . Proche des petits commerces, du lac et du château. Alexandra est très conciliante et bienveillante. Idéal pour les couples sportifs.

Its a great little studio in the country side and only a few KM from Annecy. Alexandra is a very friendly host and accomodating vey accomodating to my early arrival and lack of working cell phone in Europe. I would recommend this to anyone looking to visit the area.
