Cancelleria is a comfortable apartment in the Piazza Navona area, a few meters from the famous square of Campo de 'Fiori. It is located on the second floor of a beautiful building located in Piazza della Cancelleria, from which the apartment takes its name. It consists of a double bedroom, a large living room, a well-equipped kitchen and a bathroom with shower. Its central location ensures easy access to many points of interest, including the Pantheon, a few minutes walk, or the Vatican and the Colosseum, reachable thanks to the dense network of public transport in the area, as well as of course the various attractions mentioned above. Air conditioning, heating and wifi are included and free. It can accommodate a maximum of 2 people. Location location location this would be the real slogan of this apartment. Staying at Cancelleria you can appreciate all the beauty of the Eternal City: in a few steps you will be in Campo de 'Fiori and Piazza Navona, but also the Pantheon, the Jewish Ghetto and the characteristic area of Trastevere. With a few minutes of pleasant walk through the alleys of Rome you can reach Piazza Venezia and the Colosseum, the Trevi Fountain and Piazza di Spagna, the center of Roman high fashion. Finally, crossing one of the most beautiful and evocative bridges in Rome, you can also comfortably reach the Vatican, along Via della Conciliazione and admiring the magnificence of San Pietro.

The property was clean and the host was responsive. The AC was a life saver in the hot roman summer weather.

The description was accurate. The air conditioning helped you to relax after a long hot day walking the city. The square behind the property was full of many restaurants and the daily vendors in the square were amazing. Great place would stay there again. Highly recommend!

Good location three minutes from Piazza Navona. Many restaurants and stores nearby.
Bedroom located in the back of property and had a very comfortable bed and was very quiet from all the noise from the restaurant below the living room window. When windows are closed the restaurant noise was reduced significantly.
Good communication with the property manager prior to and during the stay.
Apartment could use some updates and cosmetic repairs and the TV was not operational. All that being said, we enjoyed our stay and the convenience the property offered.
