- velmi klidná lokalita
- objekt ve svahu s několika apartmány (s nikým jsme se ale nepotkali), pod ním garáž
- pár minut jízdy autem k lanovce, v pohodové vzdálenosti i do Dorfgasteinu
- apartmán příjemný, výhled na hory, velikost pro dva akorát, nic nechybělo, skvěle vybavená kuchyňka
- parkování v garáži s lyžárnou a sušákem na boty (pro nejmenší apartmán je prý parkování normálně venku před garáží, ale neměli plno)
- check-in: přijeli jsme 17:05 a paní jsme potkali když odjížděla (doporučuji přijet opravdu včas nebo zavolat). Milá paní se kterou jsme se domluvili lámanou angličtinou, ukázala nám apartmán a garáž s lyžárnou, žádné zbytečné vybavování :)

- místo rozkládacího gauče s vrchní matrací by se do apartmánu hodila klasická postel; za mě spaní a pohodlí úplně v pohodě, přítele z něj lehce bolela záda; proto bod dolů
- uvítali bychom mýdlo na ruce v koupelně

Everything was very simple, contact with the host was easy and direct. The apartment had essentially everything needed.
My only 'complaint' for lack of a better word was that there was only one extra garbage bag for each trash can. This was not a problem in the end but it was a minor inconvenience.

The accomodation itself was perfect: always warm inside, kitchen fully equipped, rooms beautifull, balcony and window views were really nice, it was easy to find the place, the garage was really spacious (even for pretty large car), storage room was perfect, bathroom nice and clean, all in all it makes you feel at home with wooden furniture, and a fully functional appartment. If there wasn't a feeling of constant preassure (there was a list of NO's), this would be a perfect accomodation to come back.
But, unfortunately there was a feeling of pressure all the time. On the table you get a list of NO's. You must this and that, you cannot this, you must clean the appartment before leaving----it was written that you have a vaccuum cleaner and instructions what to clean- you need to leave the house like you are the cleaning service, not a guest. We we constantly checking the list to be sure we didn't do anything wrong. This was the first time we experienced something like this. Check in is strictly during time they wrote, if you ask to come later, they will say ok, but they will emphasise that NORMAL check in is earlier ( evendough we paid all in advance and sent documents days before arrival). Also the housekeeper speaks only german- so if you dont speak german, you will have a problem. At 9 00am sharp on our departure day we got a knock on a door, they expected us to leave immediately- because it was written you need to leave at that time, eventhough there was no crowd, house was half empty, and we cleaned the appartment---so what is the rush?? We asked for 10min more just to collect our baggage and bring the car, while the ladies were standing in front of our door impatiently waiting. Honestly, I know there must be rules, and all that, but it can all be said and written different way, we are tourist after all that pay pretty price to come there, and we want to enjoy our vacation, not to be preassured all the time.
