Great bar/ restaurantr area with reggae music. Lovely staff, owner has lived in Brighton. Very close to the station.. Room was fine for the price with private toilet and shower.
Entrance area had bins etc and room was up two flights of stairs

we needed a place to stay. it was a bed for the night, and it had a private bathroom. a little sketch but you absolutely get what you pay for! great location as far as walking distance from the train station. just a 20-25 min walk from city- a bit far but totally doable.
had to go around back to get into the rooms. kinda dirty but again- you get what you pay for
