About this house rental
Entrance, living room-kitchen where there is a double sofa bed, double bedroom, bathroom with shower, large terrace where you can smoke, private parking space. Small pets are allowed but must not be left alone in the house. it should also be noted that the house, although independent, has some external parts in common with other houses and is therefore only partially fenced. The daily cost for each animal is € 5 to be paid upon delivery of the keys. An extra single bed can be added to the bedroom - on the terrace it is possible to turn on the barbecue to taste the grilled meat and fish cooked to taste

Eine gut ausgestattete Ferienwohnung für 2-4 Personen.
Die Terrasse ist wirklich schön mit einem wundervollen Blick auf San Remo und das Meer. Eine Klimaanlage wäre gut gewesen, aber Ventilatoren sind vorhanden.
Laura ist sehr nett und hilfsbereit. Alle Wünsche wurden sofort umgesetzt.
Zur Altstadt ist es zum Laufen zu weit, es gibt aber Parkplätze in der Stadt.
Absolut zu empfehlen.

Wir haben unseren kurzen Urlaub in Laura´s Haus sehr genossen. Es hat einfach alles gepasst. Das Wetter, das Haus, die Terasse. Es war genauso wie beschrieben. Vielen herzlichen Dank an Laura und Ihren Mann. Wir kommen wieder. Viele Grüße an Mama!

That was a very enjoyable stay,loved every minute of it. Location is perfect, close to the beach ,shops,restaurants etc.You can really feel Italian character in every corner there. Exactly what we were coming for. Easy to find, Laura is a very hospitable owner, seemed to think through every detail to make our stay unforgettable.Property was very clean and had everything we needed for a smooth and trouble-free stay. We are very grateful to her for renting it to us.Really recommend it! If we ever decide to come back to that part of the world we will be definitely staying there.Grazia mille!)

Also meinem Freund, unserem dreijährigen Sohn und mir hat er Urlaub super gefallen.
Die Terrasse ist echt super. Wer allerdings morgens gerne Filterkaffee trinkt,sollte sich von Zuhause Filtertüten mitbringen. Wir haben in keinem Laden welche gefunden. Wer Sandstrand sucht sollte nach bussana fahren. Kostet zwar was,aber grade mit Kindern ein Traum. Unser kleiner könnte ca. 20 Meter ins Meer laufen und das Wasser stand ihm erst am Bauchnabel. Nach 20 Metern wurden Felsmauern aufgesetzt, damit keine Wellen ans Ufer gelangen. Und zum Klettern und Schnorcheln auch super. Laura und Nino sind sehr nett, nur sprechen Sie leider fast nur italienisch. Zu unserem Glück war Lauras Schwester grade zu Besuch und sie spricht perfekt englisch 😊
