We loved the house and the pool. Everything was perfect, clean and just exactly what you want on holiday. The kitchen was extremely well equipped, the pool was cleaned in discretion, in agreement with us and when we were away. It is the perfect distance to Rome 45-50 min, yet beautifully set in the countryside. There were many good restaurants in short driving distance. Perfect for us (2 teenagers and 2 adults) - away from the turist crowd but close enough if you wish to join it. Thank you also to Paolo for being very helpful in all matters and being discretion himself. My kids (and us) were very sad to leave and the final word was "next time we come to Rome, we should stay here". We will return.

We've rented many houses over the years but this is on the top 3 list. The house was clean and fresh. The kitchen was well equipped. We were just two but we could of easily been more of us. As an asthmatic I was very happy that the house was perfume free. The air-condition was perfect as it was a heatwave during our stay. The pool and the pool area was great. The pool was well maintained and about 30. There was a shower beside the pool wich was very convenient. The laundry room was clean and with new machines. Paolo is a very kind host that we felt we could ask for help if we needed it.

We had a wonderful time staying at this property. The villa is very nice and spacious and it has everything you need if you want to stay in and relax. The weather wasn’t great, which is just bad luck, so we spent more time in the house than expected but this was not a problem as it had everything we could possibly need. The outdoor area really is lovely. When we did get sun we were outside enjoying the pool. The pool is deep throughout which I was slightly worried about with our 1 year old son but it wasn’t actually an issue because of the range of inflatables Paolo has. The views of the hills from the pool side are very nice and the covered seating area is perfect for dining outside. The area is very pretty and the transport links are great for getting the train directly into Rome. We did this twice in the week and enjoyed the experience. There is more than enough to do in the area local to the villa though. We explored various hill top villages and visited ruins and churches which were extremely interesting. Paolo is a brilliant host. I was frequently sending messages asking for recommendations of things to do and places to eat and he always replied with excellent suggestions. He was keen to know our tastes and interests and provided information accordingly which was a nice personal touch. I will strongly recommend that people stay at this property.

We stayed for nearly a month so we know it completely. The house is down a quiet country road behind a gate and so you have perfect privacy. It has a beautiful pool surrounded by flowers. We were there in summer but there is a new hot sauna for colder times. The kitchen is a bit older and it is a long way to Rome, so this house is best if you intend to spend some days locally enjoying the pool. The best part of the house is the owner, Paolo, who rescued us from two flat tires and gave us advice on things to do, how to catch the train to Rome, and where to park when we drove to the city
