About this house rental
Detached house with beautiful sea view, ideally located in a very quiet area, close to the port and shops of Camaret and 200 m from the beach with
- a private garden of 600m2 with trees, fully enclosed by a stone wall and full gate
- a landscaped courtyard sheltered by SOUTH exposed stone walls with teak garden furniture
- a wooden terrace with a beautiful sea view, living room, teak table, US barbecue
- Games and swing for children
On the ground floor :
• A living room with lounge (convertible sofa bed for 2 people), and dining table
• An open fitted kitchen with dining area overlooking the sea
• A bathroom with shower and 2 basins and a separate WC with 1 basin
Upstairs :
• A bedroom with 1 double bed 140 cm sea view
• A large bedroom with 3 single beds 90 cm sea view
• A bedroom with 1 double bed 140 overlooking the courtyard
• A small bathroom / WC
Duvets and pillows are provided. Rental of bed and bathroom linen possible: 10 euros per bed and 5 euros per person for the provision of bathroom linen.

A private garden (600 m2) enclosed with old stones walls; a cobbled couryard (100 m2) and a wood terrace (40 m2) with a very nice view on sea (wood deck-chairs, table, US barbecue, ....)
1 open kitchen with a lunch area, a living rooom and 3 bedrooms (1 doubled bed, 1 twin-bed and 1 single bed, 1 singled bed with possibility of a second one, a little bed for children, a shower room and 2 W-C

We received a very warm welcome from the hosts. There were lots of fresh flowers and even a tasty welcome package with great chocolate and coffee. Everything is well maintained and decorated with a personal touch. And the house was immaculately clean. We felt right at home! The house is fully equipped, even with children’s toys, board games, and even wave boards for the kids. Since towels and bed linen are also provided, you really don’t need to bring anything! The garden is nice and well kept (including swings and a slide for your children, which was nice to have), and the terrace is a beautiful place to have breakfast or to unwind in the evening. (Btw.: There were almost no mosquitos – quite different from other places we know in Brittany.) However, what you really want to do, of course, is go outside.
We had a great vacation - thank you very much, Mrs. and Mr. Morice! Highly recommended!

Wunderschön gelegenes Haus mit Meerblick von fast überall, mit romantischem Garten, kleinem Innenhof und großer Terrasse. Es liegt mitten in Camaret und alles ist schnell erreichbar, der Strand, der Supermarkt, Bäcker, Strandpromenade etc Das Haus selbst ist sehr gut ausgestattet, es hat uns nichts gefehlt. Es könnten etwas weniger Teller und Weingläser in den Schränken sein, dann hätte man mehr Platz für eigene Einkäufe etc.
Das Haus war sehr sauber und ist komfortabel eingerichtet. Toll für kalte Abende ist der Kaminofen, für den alles vorhanden war. Hätte das Haus noch Wlan, wäre es perfekt.
Die beiden Vermieter sind sehr nett und hilfsbereit.
Fazit: wir haben unseren Urlaub sehr genossen in unserem Domizil und können es wirklich weiterempfehlen.
