About this villa rental
Villa Buen Oustaou, is a beautiful Provencal villa full of feet, very pleasant, with a magnificent panoramic sea view, not overlooked, in the middle of maritime pines, cypress, quiet, 5 minutes walk from the sea. beach, harbor and shops, nature with its marked trails for walking, running, cycling, where you can have magnificent views of the Gulf of St. Tropez.
Buen Oustaou is a little corner of paradise close to everything, with its terrace and garden in the shade of pine trees, its infinity pool of 8 m wide, heated, with panoramic sea view.
The villa is located just at the entrance of the seaside village of Issambres "San Peire" at a place called "La Garonnette" in the town of Sainte Maxime.
Access to the villa is through a very quiet private street where only 3 villas have access including Villa Buen Oustaou.
The seaside and La Garonette beach are a 5-minute walk away. There you will find 3 beach bars-restaurants, a sailing school with catamaran rental, paddle boats and jet skis. Also offered are water skiing and parasailing.
The port of Issambres is located 10 minutes walk, boats are available for rent, and shuttles to go to Saint-Tropez.
A supermarket is only 5 minutes walk and all shops such as bakery, butcher, fishmonger, small producer of fruits and vegetables, catering, newspapers, bank, pharmacy are 1.2 km to the village of Issambres "San Peire" .
The beach of Nartelle is 5 minutes and the center of Sainte-Maxime 10 minutes by car without traffic jam.
Saint-Tropez is directly accessible with the shuttles of the Green Boats from the port of Issambres (10 minutes walk from the villa) in summer all day and until midnight for the last return.
In summer the shuttles of the Bateaux Verts from Sainte-Maxime to Saint-Tropez also work all night (10 minutes by car).
Linen rental is not included in the rates.
The linen is rented 45 € / pers / week, including sheets, towels, bath mats.(Example: if 10 people = 450 € for 1 week or 900 € for 2 weeks.)
The beds are made before the arrival of the tenants.
For a rental of 2 weeks and more, sheets and towels will be changed weekly.

This property is beautifully appointed and well equipped. All the rooms are spacious and well laid out.
The garden is beautiful and overlooking the sea. At any time of the day there are sunny or shady corners to find with plenty of sunloungers provided, outdoor dining table and chairs,plus some cozy lounge furniture.
The communication with the owner was excellent and very friendly.
Would definitely recommend!

It was all about the pool. It was a very hot week, so we spent alot of time in it. The house only had one fan, no air-conditioning and with the mosquitos, we could not open windows for fresh air, so we found it too warm inside. It was a very good location near beach clubs, our favourite was Les Planches. Access is via quite a few stairs, so travel light. We had difficulty contacting the caretaker but as there was little reason to except check in and out, it was fine. Information at the house was out of date so wifi connection took a while as the codes were wrong and conflicting. Recommended for a lazy week by the pool.
