About this house rental
Family home in secluded neighborhood approximately 2 miles from the Mississippi State University (MSU) campus. Includes 2 true master bedrooms with private bathrooms; 2 spacious bedrooms which share a bathroom; a study/office with single bed; and a recreational room with a futon sleeper. The property sleeps 13 people comfortably and is to be used for overnight stays + relaxation. Outdoor spaces include spacious covered front porch, covered back deck/patio, large pool, outdoor kitchen, large charcoal barbecue pit, .5 bath, lake(no fishing), small fire pit, and 3.5 acres of lot/yard space. Public transportation pick-up spot to and from MSU or downtown Starkville for sporting, arts, or entertainment events is located just outside the neighborhood (under .5 mile). Family House is a spacious, secluded, lovely, humbly-appointed home with decor affectionately referred to as "Cracker Barrel" style. Items in the home are curated from family keepsakes that tell a stories of the ancestors of the homeowners.

What a blessing! The space was incredible. Plenty of rooms for everyone to have their "own" space without being cramped into a hotel room. Spending quality time with our kiddo was priceless.
The game room was such a hit with everyone, including the grandparents. Being able to cook my kiddo a home cooked meal and sit down together was amazing.
Plenty of towels and bedding to go around. Looking forward to booking again for our next family trip!

Enjoyed our stay at this very conveniently located home! We shared the house w another family for the Thanksgiving Holiday and the Egg Bowl! Kay was very accommodating and easy to communicate with.
