T2 apartment of 40 m². 4 people maximum: 1 bedroom with a double bed (190 x 140) + balcony and a sofa bed in the living room, with duvets (optional sheets with a supplement of 10 € for a bed and 15 € for both, to be paid on the spot)

Shutter rolling in the room and opaque curtains with velux.
Secure residence with private parking, fenced.
Apartment equipped with TV, Senseo, Microwave, fridge, oven, kettle, toaster, crockery and Wifi. 2 bicycles and a scooter are available at the cellar. Sheets are provided as an option + tea towel, but no towel! Breakfast is not included, but there is coffee, tea, chocolate powder and sugar available. A bakery is less than 5 minutes walk away. Small, well-behaved dog allowed Non smoking apartment.
Cleaning is optional at 30 €, payable locally.
