Family house completely renovated in 2017: perfect insulation, modern comfort, fully equipped American kitchen, new sanitary facilities, WIFI (but no TV), baby equipment. Direct access to supervised Lérat beach, breathtaking view of the Lérat port / Pointe du Croisic, 5 min by car from the city center (and 5 min by car from La Turballe Super U and Piriac City Market), municipal tennis courts across the street (free access outside summer school holidays). Terraces for aperitif and meal with breathtaking sea view.

Nous avons passé un super week-end en famille (enfants et petits enfants) dans une très belle et grande demeure située un cadre naturel exceptionnel.
