Level -1: old boat garage / workshop where you will find the washing machine, freezer and leisure equipment (bikes, barbecue, beach games ...).
Main level: A living room with fireplace. Magnificent sea view and large balcony. A simple and practical kitchen with sea view, a bathroom with a large shower and sea view, 3 bedrooms with double beds, cupboards and chest of drawers, 1 with sea view and 2 with countryside views. Separate WC.
Equipments: Dishwasher, television, Hi-Fi system, record player, ADSL WIFI, telephone: the house has a huge 5.000 M2 private unfenced plot, bordered by the sea on one side and the countryside 'other side. Access to the beach is through a wooden gate that separates the land from the beach that you can see from the house. It is a peaceful and relaxing place, but also the starting point for a host of enriching sports and cultural activities.
You will appreciate the beauty of the landscapes and the open sea that you can contemplate without even leaving your chair!

Quasiment les pieds dans l'eau nous avons passé un séjour formidable en famille. La maison est propre, équipée, isolée sans être trop loin du centre de Plouescat nous y reviendrons sûrement.

Unsere zwei Wochen vergingen wie im Fluge. Wir verbrachten eine Zeit mit einem wundervollen Ausblick in einem gemütlich und schön eingerichteten Haus mit einem sehr freundlichen und zuvorkommenden Vermieter, wenn wir Fragen hatten! Der Garten lud zum Verweilen ein und der Strand, welcher direkt an den Garten anschließt, war wunderbar. Alle Möglichkeiten für sportliche Aktivitäten und zum Einkaufen sind gegeben. Wir haben uns rundum wohlgefühlt und sind schweren Herzens wieder nach Hause aufgebrochen.
