Enjoy the sea view every evening and the sun setting directly in front of you - the apartment has a private balcony and in addition a 200 sqm sun terrace on the roof of the building invites you to relax.
With the German-speaking management and on-site support, you have your "personal travel guide" directly in the house - we are also happy to provide insider tips with our many years of experience so that you can enjoy your vacation right from the start.

You can reach Montenegro in just two hours by plane. There are direct connections from Frankfurt and Düsseldorf (with Montenegro Airlines), Munich-West (with Wizz Air) and Berlin (with Ryanair) to the capital Podgorica (formerly Titograd).
Arriving in your own car is also not a problem - we are happy to help you plan your route.
Practical: The official means of payment in Montenegro is € uro. This saves tedious money exchanges. You can also pay with all major credit cards at petrol stations and in larger supermarkets.
Our apartment can be booked all year round. Winter on the Adriatic coast is very mild and invites you to relax as well as spring and autumn. We have been offering our popular yacht excursion since May - an ideal time for a cozy convertible weekend. The summer months are dry and warm, but not too hot. For all cases - Our apartment is equipped with modern heating and air conditioning units.
Do you want to get to know the country and its people? Come with us on one of the numerous excursions - whether rafting on the Tara, a boat trip on the Skadar Lake or a visit to one of the national parks - we are happy to organize excursions together so that you can enjoy your vacation in a relaxed manner.
We also took care of the physical enjoyment - In addition to the normal coffee machine, the apartment also has an original Senseo machine (please bring the appropriate pads).
A large BBQ grill cart is available free of charge in all apartments. A glass of red wine together with a freshly grilled fish or a delicious steak - pure holiday feeling!

Great host. Great views. Very clean. Internet and TV work well. The furnishings are Holiday home quality. I wish these rentals had hotel quality beds, furniture and towels, but like most all VRBO and other rentals, they do not. I would still recommend staying here since it is good value for the money.

Micha vermietet hier sehr schöne Wohnungen in guter Lage, man hat mit ihm den bestmöglichen Gastgeber. Zu viel will ich nicht verraten, aber er sorgt schon ab der Buchung für Vorfreude. Micha war jederzeit zur Hand, wenn man Fragen hatte (direkt und über das von ihm zur Verfügung gestellte prepaid-Handy), der Service hätte nicht besser sein können. Die Wohnung ist toll ausgestattet, auch in der Küche fehlt es an nichts; außerdem gibt es eine sehr durchdachte Auswahl an Büchern, Bildbänden und DVDs, auch für Gäste, die sich etwas näher mit der neueren Geschichte des Landes und der Nachbarländer beschäftigen wollen. Wir haben viel gelernt! Hier kann man wirklich schöne Ferien verbringen, und Utjeha ist ein guter Ausgangspunkt, um Montenegro zu erkunden. Sehr empfehlenswert!

Tolle Wohnung, sehr gut ausgestattet und hohe Qualität (deutscher Standard). Der Vermieter ist Deutscher und wohnt im gleichen Haus. Tolle Aussicht auf die Adria und 12 km Sandstrand in der Nähe.

Hallo!
Viel zu lange ist er schon wieder her, unser Urlaub in Montenegro. Trotzdem möchte ich ab dieser Stelle kurz darüber berichten.
Für uns war es der erste Urlaub in Montenegro, daher waren wir froh, dass uns der Vermieter bereits vor der Anreise immer zur Verfügung stand und uns alle Fragen, auch zur Anreise (wir waren mit dem Auto da) beantwortet hat. Auch die vielen Tips waren super, wir haben alles stressfrei und einfach gefunden (danke nochmal mit dem Tip für die Fähre in Tivat, das hat uns viel Zeit gespart). Obwohl wir recht spät angekommen sind, wurden wir vom Vermieter auf dem Parkplatz des Hauses empfangen und konnten "unsere" Wohnung schnell und unkompliziert übernehmen. Bereits beim ersten Betreten war uns klar, wir haben die richtige Entscheidung getroffen. Auf dem Esstisch wartete eine Flasche Wein und ein Früchtekorb auf uns und der Kühlschrank war bereits mit kalten Getränken gefüllt. Nach rund 1.600km Anreise war das natürlich super angenehm. Die Formalitäten waren schnell erledigt und so konnten wir unseren ersten Sonnenuntergang mit einem Glas Rotwein auf der Terrasse geniessen. Die Wohnung ist wirklich top ausgestattet und eingerichtet. Es hat uns an nichts gefehlt. Wir haben einige Male selbst gekocht, auch das war kein Problem, da alles vorhanden ist. Besonders gut fanden wir, dass uns der Vermieter jederzeit mit Rat und Tat zur Seite gestanden hat. Egal, ob es um Einkaufsmöglichkeiten ging oder um Ausflugstips, wir konnten ihn immer fragen und bekamen immer kompetente und hilfreiche Antworten. Der Ausflug zur Tara-Schlucht und in den Naturpark Biogradska Gora waren atemberaubend! Unbedingt zu empfehlen! Ansonsten sieht es genau so aus, wie auf den Bildern. Eher noch etwas schöner, wenn man es vor Ort betrachtet. Alles ist tip-top-sauber und in bestem Zustand. Wir konnten auf dem Parkplatz direkt vor dem Haus parken, sehr gut. Der "Hausstrand" Utjeha ist ca. 5 Gehminuten entfernt und sehr sauber. Da wir mit dem Auto da waren, sind wir auch oft nach Ulcinj zum Velika Plaza gefahren. Einen solchen Strand haben wir noch nicht gesehen! Er ist wirklich 13km lang und besteht nur aus Sand.
Zusammengefasst können wir sagen: Es war ein wunderschöner Urlaub in einer netten Atmosphäre, mit einem freundlichen und zuvorkommenden Vermieter in einer tollen Wohnung. Wir kommen auf jeden Fall wieder!
