Excellent location, 5 minutes walk to the highstreet with shops and 5 minutes walk to the historic centre, easy to locate. Building has a lift, which is very useful, as the flat is located on the 4th floor. The flat is very spacious and the bed is comfy, the heating works well. The company that rents it is very communicative. Check out is very smooth.
The door doesn't lock from the inside, which is a bit scary, as the first night some stragers knocked insistently on our door. The owner could fit a chain to be more secure. The flat doesn't have a TV or a washing machine, but that's my bad for not reading the details properly. And the property has multiple beds and mattresses stashed on top of each other in the bedroom, but that did not bother us that much. The button that changes the shower from the cord fixture to the rain one doesn't work so that needs fixing, but the shower still works overall.

The overall comfortability.
The smell of the bathroom/toilet. I was almost trapped in the elevator, as I was going out the facility on my check out day, elevator did not stop on the ground floor, it stoped midway and so i was not able to open the door to go out. I was in the elevator for 5 minutes more but less than 10 minutes.

De ruimte is fijn met een aparte keuken. Veel ruimte om te zitten. Mooi uitzicht op de stad.
De badkamer rook naar riool, we moesten veel luchten om de lucht fris te houden. We misten in de keuken een schaar en opener. Gehorig was het met mensen die weinig sliepen.
