About this apartment rental
Great Old Town Duplex Apartment on the 3 + 4 floor with 2 bedrooms and 2 large roof terraces with exceptional lake and mountain views!
In the approximately 140 square meters apartment, divided into 3.5 rooms with large living and dining area and integrated kitchen and 2 large accessible from the living room roof terraces leave nothing to be desired. The property is designed for 4-6 persons (1 double bed, 1 sofa bed in the separate bedroom and 1 sofa bed in the living area). Due to the staircase situation not suitable for people with mobility problems or infants.
After a successful day at the lake, conjure up a fancy menu in the beautiful kitchen and enjoy it together with a glass of wine on the roof terrace with views over Lindau and Lake Constance.
The main bathroom is located on the 3rd floor. Floor near the bedrooms. In the 4th Floor is also a small bathroom with toilet. It is just 300m to the harbor, 400m to the train station and the nearest bathing area.
For the large parking lots P3 and P5 we can provide you with a parking permit card for 2,80 Euro per day (instead of 7 Euro at the parking machine). Please specify when booking. Bicycles can be parked at the 100m distant fixed bicycle stand of the theater.
Pets are not allowed. Final cleaning, bed linen and 1 set of towels per person are included. The tourist tax is calculated separately and paid to the community.
With us you can arrive and depart 7 days a week. Due to the existing key safe even a late arrival is easily possible.

The apartment has a wonderful location and the highlight is certainly the decks overlooking the water and the city. The beds were very comfortable as well. It would have been nice to have a freezer and ice in the kitchen. It would have also been nice to have fans in the bedrooms as it was very hot the last 2 nights we stayed. In addition, screens should be on every window and door as this was the only way to cool down the apartment. With no screens, it was very easy for bugs and spiders to get into the apartment in the evening. 1 parking spot would also be helpful as it was difficult walking from the parking garage to our apartment every day. We had a great time and Lindau was a wonderful place to stay!

Solid property with amazing views of Lake Konstanz and the Alps! Challenges include narrow stairs to the 4th floor and strange trash rules. I wish there were fans in the apartment we could use at night. No AC so very warm nights were uncomfortable. Also need screens on all windows/doors so the bugs/spiders do not come in at night. We enjoyed the location and Lindau was fantastic!

Nach einer Woche Urlaub sind wir von der Wohnung begeistert: tolle Lage; sehr kurzer Weg zur Badestelle; große, helle Räume; genug Platz für die ganze Familie; guter Kontakt zur Agentur; alles sauber; sehr gute Ausstattung der Küche; der beste Kuchen der Stadt gleich unten im Café; zwei Dachterrassen mit viel Platz (und theoretisch auch mit viel Sonne, wenn sie denn scheint…) etc. etc.
Wir würden die Wohnung sofort wieder buchen, denn für uns als Familie war sie perfekt.
