About this apartment rental
Original independent location in the Center of Milan. Elegant and bright apartment at the top floor with large living room, 3 bedrooms (no sofa-beds), 2 bathrooms, kitchen and terrace. The loft is totally new and away from the noise of the street. The apartment is located in the interior courtyard of a "old Milan" style building.
The apartment is 150 square Mt and thanks to its triple exposure and the big windows is very bright. The comfort and the silent inside allow you to enjoy the City without the bustle of the town. The terrace, small but nice, is right to relax and to eat outdoors.
Located at 100mt from the Porta Venezia subway and other public transport, it is easy to go directly to the Exhibition Center "RHO FIERA" in 30mins. 15mins walk to Piazza Duomo.
The apartment is fully equipped. The kitchen is fully equipped with refrigerator, water and ice dispenser, washing machine, dishwasher and coffee maker, microwave and oven.
Bath gel, shampoo and hairdryer as well as a set of towels and sheets are provided.
TV with Sky and Wi-Fi connection are also available.
You can reach the apartment by an elevator and a flight of stairs.
In addition to large families and couples, the apartment size and the availability of three bedrooms and two separate bathrooms make the apartment particularly attractive to the staff of companies operating in the city or Exhibition Center Rho Fiera thanks to the proximity of the subway MM1 Red line).

Myriam is a great host. Very responsive to questions, provides ideas for food and tourism. Her place is clean and looks just like the pictures. She provides espresso pods, clean linens, dishware, etc. and clean furnishings. Location is safe with 3 gates to get through for extra security. Large open patio area to eat or relax. One flight of stairs to get into place if you’re packing heavy luggage. Close walk to several restaurants/shops and 3 metro stations. We had a party of 6 and felt there was adequate space for our needs. Would definitely stay again if back in Milan.

We have very much enjoyed our stay in Milan. The apartment was actually host’s own home - beautiful and very well maintained. I was very much impressed by ease of communication and her hospitality. We use VRBO a lot and this was our best experience ever!

I highly recommend Miriam's property! The apartment is spacious and very well appointed. We had plenty of room to rest and relax after long days of sight seeing. It is conveniently located both next to the tram and the metro and also walkable to most of the tourist sites. There are plenty of bars, restaurants and a grocery store in the area yet the property is nestled inside a courtyard so it is very quiet and secure. Miriam was a wonderful host who communicated with us well and made many helpful recommendations on sites, tours and restaurants for our stay. Would 100% stay here again if ever in Milan and highly recommend it to anyone traveling here!

Myriam was an excellent host. She was very attentive and informative. She gave awesome suggestions and help us with getting around the city. Her home is immaculate and very spacious. Everything we needed was available in the home.
There are steps so pack lightly.
