Apart Hotel / One storey house in gated community, Geribá Inn, located at Rua Casuarinas no. 01, 50 meters from the beach Geribá, and you can reach it on foot (2 minutes walk). For those who are facing the sea the condominium is in the right corner. The house is newly renovated. Everything new and tasteful. The space is ideal for couples, individual adventures, business travelers and families (with children). The house is in front of the pools and have 2 bedrooms with split air conditioning, 2 bathrooms being 1 in the double suite, living room with cable TV, split air conditioning, single bedroom with two single bunk beds (total of 6 beds double bedroom with double bed, American kitchen (4 burner stove, refrigerator, fridge, microwave, electric sandwich maker, blender, mixer, tableware and kitchen). Outside area with another kitchen (sink, stove, refrigerator and cabinets), plus a sink for washing clothes, water cooler and space to dry clothes. Beach tent with 2 chairs. The house is fully equipped with personal items (towels, bed linen, dishes, cutlery, pots, etc.) for the convenience of the traveler. The condominium has two swimming pools (adult and children), TV, Restaurant (open for breakfast and lunch), internet and free Wi-fi, parking and 24-hour security. The house has maid service and daily housekeeping. Ferradurinha beach is 1 km away, and you can also reach it on foot from the Geribá beach. The condominium is 4.5 km from the famous Rua das Pedras de Búzios and 1.5 km from the very pleasant Porto da Barra. It is worth mentioning that the place is also for personal use and very well taken care of. Check in: 13:00 hs / Check out: 11:00 hs. # Meals are not included in the daily rate because the house is equipped with a full kitchen. #Outdoor parking for 01 vehicle (possibility to release more than 1 parking space if the condominium is not full). # We do not provide beach towel and pool. No smoking. Pets are not allowed. No parties or events allowed. If the traveler wishes to hire a laundry service during their stay, this value must be negotiated directly with the owner in advance. THE STAY OF MORE THAN 6 PEOPLE IN THE PROPERTY IS NOT ALLOWED. Guest interaction: 24 hour availability via phone or whatsapp for guest service.
