Before arrival, I received an email saying I would be charged £50 for a 1 bedroom apartment, which would be refundable on check-out. Only to arrive and be told the emails have not been updated, and I was infact charged £200! Also told the refund may take up to 1 week after check-out. Apparently, this is a new policy which has not been updated on the circular emails. It was very disappointing to be charged so much money without warning beforehand.
The room was spacious. However, the bed was solid hard, and the room was very cold.
