About this villa rental
Villa with private pool and views located on the hills surrounding the city of Lucca, Tuscany.
Very nice, rustic stone house from the characteristic local pietra di Matraia stone. The holiday home is spacious and is divided on two floors, with a superb location at the top of a 300-metre high hill, offering a fantastic view of the classical Tuscan landscape of olive groves, vineyards and the small stone houses. There is a garden summer house, bbq and pizza oven. Emilia has been restored in a tasteful style with visible wooden beams in the ceilings and original antique terracotta stone floors. The décor is simple but functional.
Emilia offers you the following: entrance to living room with fireplace and corner kitchen (oven, gas hob, small fridge-freezer, dishwasher, microwave, toaster, kettle and American coffee maker), television, dinette.
On the entresol is a large double room with en-suite bathroom with shower.
On the second floor you'll find a double room and a twin bedroom, a bathroom and a store room with washing machine.
Just a few meters from the house you will find the private swimming pool 4 x 8 mt, deep 1,30 mt. Around the pool there are sun chairs where you can pass your time just relaxing and enjoying the marvellous view. Children in or around the pool must be under adult supervision at all times. Close to the pool there is a small dependence with a small toilet.
Heating, internet wifi, mosquito nets in the windows. Aircondition in the bedrooms.
The bell tower you see on the pictures only ring on special occasions and not daily.

The house is very lovely and located in a very quiet area just a few minutes away from Lucca by car. It is fully equiped and surrounded by a wonderful garden with a nice pool. The communication with Elisabeth is very smooth and the arrival is perfectly organized. A very nice place to discover Tuscany !

It was a really lovely home, with everything we needed! The grounds around the swimming pool were lovely. We wish we were there longer to make use of the BBQ, Pizza Oven, etc! I felt confident we were in good hands with Danitalia.

Boven op de heuvel , naast de kerk , alle ruimte rondom een landelijk huis. Flink wat haarspeldbochten maar zeer de moeite waard. Een heerlijke rust week gehad, op korte afstand van Lucca.

From the beginning to the end it was an amazing and phantastic stay in this house. Booking and communication was reliable. We had a very nice welcome and able to contact our contact person whenever we needed.
The house is beautiful in a calm area high in the mountain (10-15 minutes by car To the next village). Everything was clean and the kitchen was well equipped with everything is needed.
We would love to come again. Perfect too for two couples because the bedroom are in a good distance.
