Immersed in the suggestive landscape of Valdostano, in Lillaz, at an altitude of 1850 meters, we propose a beautiful and exclusive detached house on the ground floor, a stone's throw from the famous Lillaz waterfalls. To reach the Lillaz waterfalls in summer with a pleasant walk or in winter to admire them frozen.
Skiing just a stone's throw from Lillaz on the ski slopes of the Cogne ski area. In summer, however, you can take the Pulsè Montzeuc telecabin, get to the Belvedere to admire the view and take one of the many scenic walks.
Lillaz being a town in the municipality of Cogne, is part of the Gran Paradiso National Park, from Lillaz along the paths you can get to Valnontey, the valley from which you can admire the largest glacier of the Gran Paradiso massif, that of the Tribulation.
Precisely because inside the Gran Paradiso National Park you can count five valleys: to the south, the Valnontey, which leads to the slopes of the Gran Paradiso; to the north, the Grauson valley; to the south-east, the Urtier valley and the Valleille; towards the east, the Gimillan valley. The road climbs from Aosta into a narrow and tortuous valley, almost a secret passage, which when reached the town opens onto the amazing Prati di Sant'Orso, the large carpet of grass lying at the foot of the Gran Paradiso massif, which with its 4. 061 meters is the highest peak entirely in Italian territory.
