One of the most beautiful spacious holiday villa for eight people in the Ardeche, in the holiday park Les Rives de l'Ardeche, near the picturesque village of Vallon-Pont-d'Arc. At the holiday park you can use the facilities free of charge, such as the large communal swimming pool, playground for small children and tennis volleyball courts.
Accommodation: 8 people, 4 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms
Ground floor: spacious living room with sitting area and Dutch television, fireplace. Dining area with six chairs (2 extra in bedrooms) and open kitchen with ceramic hob, fridge, Senseo coffee maker, oven, dishwasher and microwave. There is also a washer dryer combination available for your use. Master bedroom with air conditioning, extra long beds (210 cm) and access to terrace, bathroom with bath (shower in bath), sink and toilet. Second bedroom for two people. Sleep and bathing facilities have separate access from inside.First floor: two bedrooms for two people, with air conditioning. Bathroom with shower, toilet and sink. Covered terrace with seating area. All bedrooms have a wired internet connection for a fast connection, there is also WiFi available in the villa and available.
Outside: Architect designed deep garden on the north, with at any time of the day sun, but more important, also shade in the hot summers! Private swimming pool (9 x 4.5 m, depth of 0.60 - 2 m), surrounded by terrace with 6 luxurious sunbeds. Raised part with garden set in the shade of mulberry trees. Covered terrace with luxurious garden furniture so you can enjoy the food in the shade. In the cooler months you can use the pool heating (extra costs). Petanque court.
