Superb house not overlooked, with 5 bedrooms, all modern comforts, with a large secure swimming pool with an electric submerged curtain, located in Maillane, 5km from Saint-Rémy de Provence, close to the typical Provencal village (5 mins walk) , ideal for family with children.
This typical and comfortable house offers 4 bedrooms upstairs as well as 3 bathrooms with WC.
The 5th bedroom is located on the garden level, in a private studio with its bathroom and WC as well as with a kitchenette.
The main room (living room, dining room) opens onto a large terrace and onto the swimming pool and the garden. The living room is comfortably furnished with a fireplace with a large screen TV, DVD player and radio.
The kitchen is typically Provencal and well equipped and also opens onto a covered terrace. It is equipped with a large fridge / freezer, gas stove, microwave, dishwasher, Nespresso coffee machine.
Outside you will find a large terrace (table and armchairs with parasol) allowing you to take all of your meals facing the swimming pool.
The house is also equipped with a desk and a laundry room with a washing machine and dryer.

Maison agréable et bien équipée. Propre a notre arrivée. Facile a vivre. En revanche petite surprise, la piscine n’était pas sécurisée alors que nous avions 4 enfants en bas age et nous n’avons pas réussi à faire fonctionner La climatisation. Il y a un lit de bébé sur place (non renseigné sur l’annonce).
