About this apartment rental
The apartment is located in Piazza Testaccio, in the heart of real Rome. From here with a pleasant walk you can reach the most important tourist sites. Testaccio .... ten minutes from the characteristic Trastevere district and as many from the Aventine Hill, with the splendid Giardino degli Aranci where you can admire, from above, a spectacular panorama and the famous Piazza Cavalieri di Malta with the famous view of the dome; it is the heart of Rome, off the tourist track, true Romans have lived there for generations, life is less chaotic, more authentic, here the first stage of A. S.Roma was built, active until 1940; there are many and characteristic bars, restaurants and shops that have remained like this ... forever. But Testaccio is also a young neighborhood: here live actors, politicians, musicians, university students and journalists. On Saturday and Sunday evenings the area around Monte Testaccio comes alive (pubs, discos, restaurants and music bars) is all teeming with people. The Macro, contemporary art museum in Rome, is located in the old slaughterhouse. In our apartment you will find the best places to eat and have fun! The Sunday market of "Porta Portese", the Colosseum, the Imperial Forums, the Circus Maximus, the Baths of Caracalla and the Capitol with its museums are really just a few minutes walk from our house. Our neighborhood is in the historic center of Rome, within the ancient Aurelian Walls, with the public transport of which it is widely provided (Piramide metro, Ostiense train station and numerous buses) you can reach any other area of tourist interest and cultural. The strength of the house is its position, practically going down the street you find yourself immersed in the life of the neighborhood, with the recently renovated square and often the theater of events, with the bars where you can sit and enjoy delicious spouses with cream that only in Rome you can taste! For families with children a nice garden with swings and slides can offer a pleasant diversion and also a nice opportunity to make friends!

Floriana was very easy to deal with, and quickly responded to all our requests. Testaccio is a great neighborhood. This is a very good apartment for a couple. Proximity to the market is wonderful and there are many good restaurants nearby. Thank you Floriana, we really enjoyed our stay in your apartment.

Da man in Rom viel unterwegs ist und die Wohnung nur zum schlafen nutzt kann ich sie nur empfehlen. Die Metro und Straßenbahnen kann man bequem zu Fuss erreichen. Wir haben in der Wohnung nicht gekocht da wir immer sehr spät wieder zu hause waren. Das einzige was etwas ärgerlich war, war das die Waschmaschine defekt war. Aber uns wurde gleich eine Adresse für einen Waschsalon gegeben. Sollten wir nochmal nach Rom fahren würde ich die Wohnung wieder buchen.

Ho passato un soggiorno bellissimo....ottima la posizione per chi vuole vivere il quartiere testaccio....abbiamo lasciato la macchina per due giorni passeggiando molto piacevolmente a piedi....l'alloggio con tutti i comfort grazie anche alla cortesia squisita e disponibilità dei proprietari. Consigliatissimo!!!!
